BIM Modeller / Senior BIM Modeller / BIM Co-ordinator / BIM Engineer
Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines. (Architectural, Structural & MEP).
– Collaborate and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes and model changes
– Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
– Modify and advise on altering design, variations and changes
– Clash Analysis & Detection
Requirements:
– Degree/Diploma holders in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture or any other related
discipline
– Passionate in Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field
– Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks
– Preferably 1-2 years BIM working experience
– Passionate learner without experience will also be considered
– Associate of HKIBIM is preferred
– Must be organised, results driven and proactive
– Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
